Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We consider the date USPS indicates the package was delivered as the date of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@redbarnlasercrafts.com Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO Box 10, Nottingham, PA 19362. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products, personalized items, or special orders cannot be returned. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we receive your return and your refund will be issued within 2 business days.
